Change management
“Craig has worked closely with the team to develop content for our flagship management development programme, across a range of change management training needs. The content has been tailored to compliment other elements of the programme and now form part of the core offering to our talent pipeline and existing management population.”
(Graham Burnett - Head of Talent Development, Mazars UK)
Things are changing faster and faster around us. Change is the new norm in our personal and professional lives. Now, many organisations recognise that changeability is a core capability within their businesses.
Our Change Management training programmes cover 3 core areas:
· Responding to Change
· Being a Change Agent
· Leading Change
Led by a change management expert, our interactive and engaging workshops focus on helping people navigate change. We explore the psychology of change; barriers to effective change; and how change really works. The change management training explores some of the core research and techniques.
Mental toughness
“Craig has an excellent understanding of the mental toughness concept and the associated measures which he uses effectively to demonstrate how change can be achieved, after intervention, where that change has been achieved and its impact on performance, wellbeing and agility.”
(Doug Strycharczyk - Managing Director, AQR International)
What is most likely to help move your organisation forward?
· Increasing the performance of your team
· Improving their wellbeing and, in turn, their engagement
· Increasing the aspiration of your people
· Identifying why some parts are underperforming
· Supporting your people to grow
The effectiveness of Mental Toughness is proven to influence all these elements within the workplace. It’s defined as “a personality trait, that in part, determines how a person responds to pressure, stress and challenge…” by Clough & Strycharczyk.
Our mental toughness coach uses cutting-edge research and psychometric tools to help develop mental toughness in the workplace. Drawing on its traditional sporting roots, Mental Toughness is now being used to harness impressive outcomes across environments such as Schools, Universities, Hospitals and increasingly, commercial organisations.
People leadership
“Craig has worked with our senior team here to develop a Leadership Development Programme for our future leaders. The programme has been built at pace and is iterative, organic and has been designed to be delivered completely digitally. His deep understanding of leadership concepts combined with significant operational experience made him an obvious choice for a dynamic technology business such as Flyt, where practical application is key.”
(Carey benn - CEO, flyt)
Traditionally, people wanted leaders who were ‘whiter than white’, ‘had THE plan’ and projected ‘stability and consistency’. But the world has changed – and so has our understanding of and preferences for our leaders. We now seek ‘authenticity’. We want leaders who can ‘build great teams that can solve complex problems’ and reject the notion that they alone ‘will have all the answers’.
So how prepared are you and your teams to operate in this new world:
· How comfortable are you at being ‘vulnerable’ with your staff – and what does that even mean?
· What is the key to effectively engaging the hearts and minds of your people, to make them willing followers?
· How is your organisational culture shaped positively or negatively by your leadership behaviours?
Our leadership development training focuses on how individuals can bring the ‘real’ them to the workplace. What are their style and behaviours? How do these impact culture and performance?
We blend leading management thinking, neuroscience and evidence-based principles to help individuals develop the understanding and awareness of what actions they need to take to operate in the modern day leadership role more effectively.
